To place your order or make an enquiry about LIVESTOCK or ANY PRODUCTS then please call shop Enquiries Tel: 020 7580 6764 Email: shop@aquaticdesign.co.uk or Fill Out the Order Form Below.

  • Please give us all the details on which fish or plants you would like, a full list of names can be found on the menus above.
  • 20% surcharge on some stock due to new Brexit freighting costs.
  • You will be able to pick up your items 11am-5:30pm Mon-Fri, Sat 11am-6pm or Sun 11am-5pm.
  • Alternatively, you can arrange delivery of your items. (See Costs Below, CC/ULEZ zone charges may apply, excludes custom tank builds)
  • Delivery payments will be made over the phone
  • WE DO NOT SHIP LIVESTOCK OUTSIDE OF THE LONDON M25 AREA
Delivery Charges are based on distance from our retail shop in Balham SW12 0PS (CC/ULEZ zone charges may apply)

Livestock will be sent via our Aquatic in House Staff, Not UK Couriers
