We have recently installed two of our biggest bespoke coral reef aquariums to date in the luxurious surroundings of Caprice Holding’s new restaurant Sexy Fish http://www.sexyfish.com/, situated in the heart of London.
The two enormous coral reef aquariums are connected to one hi-tech underground filtration sump. This sump has mechanical and biological filtration including bio-towers with protein and waste removal skimmers, phosphate removal kits, ultra violet (UV) sterilisation units, reverse osmosis (RO) water supply with auto top-up units and a complete mineral dosing system. This type of kit will ensure happy and healthy corals and of course quicker growth rates to transform the backbone rock structure into a stunning reef aquarium system.
The Coral Reef Room is an integral part of the restaurant for exclusive and private dining, complete with an ultimate bar with seating arrangements for up to 48 people. The interior designers have put together complementary materials and colours that encapsulate the worlds oceans.
The Asian-inspired seafood menu is also luxurious including caviar, oysters, lobsters, sashimi, tataki and tartares from the raw bar, skewers, tempura and salads.
Sexy Fish is open 7 days a week and serves lunch and dinner to up to 48 guests on round tables, and 34 on one table. Last drinks orders are at 1.30am with taxi time at 2am.
